RevStar is a fast-growing software development agency that delivers cloud-native custom web and mobile applications to our clients. We’re searching for innovative and motivated Delivery Leads at all levels who will help manage the operational delivery of a portfolio of development projects by understanding business requirements, managing changes, removing roadblocks, and communicating broadly with multiple functional groups and stakeholders.

In this position, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and build consensus by understanding stakeholder requirements and constraints. You will be expected to clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional teams. You will help identify, prioritize, and advocate client requirements by staying in alignment with them on an ongoing basis.

Duties and responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact with our customers to manage expectations, deliver product updates, and act as a point of escalation for our development teams 
• Meet with clients to stay aligned on product strategies and roadmaps
• Manage remote engineering and product teams to ensure alignment with client roadmaps and business goals 
• Lead the delivery of software projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. Working closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of software projects
• Lead internal and external calls to articulate the status of multiple concurrent projects for both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
• Transition projects between the analysis and development stages
• Create a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision making
• Provide technical and product guidance to both clients and development teams, looping in department leads as needed
• Work independently and proactively to remove roadblocks and find product solutions for our development teams 
• Assist with project operations and management; create timesheets, keep projects organized in Azure DevOps, and ensure company policies and software development processes are followed
• Schedule regular Quarterly Business Review and pulse check meetings with clients
• Send out CSAT (customer satisfaction) surveys and collect and process feedback 
• Hold regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
• Full lifecycle development experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complexities and identify strategic forward paths to success
• Solid track record of strong leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to support teams in the delivery of complex technical solutions on time and at scale

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
• Experience with compliance and security standards
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other project management tools
• Experience with GitHub
• Spanish as a second language
