We are looking for a strategic, motivated Product Manager to help shape the future of digital products. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team through the entire product lifecycle—from defining the vision to delivering measurable results. You’ll collaborate across departments to drive product roadmaps, uncover new opportunities, and bring innovative solutions to life. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while leading client-facing delivery. Role and Responsibilities

• Meet with clients (both onsite & online) to define product strategies and roadmaps
• Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and capabilities (write clear requirements & user stories)
• Understand and represent user needs
• Define product and align with stakeholders around the vision for the product
• Perform product demos to customers
• Transition projects between the analysis and development stages
• Create a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision making
• Provide guidance to both clients and development teams
• Work independently to remove roadblocks and find product solutions
• Act as a point of contact with our customers to manage expectations and deliver updates
• Use Figma and AI-powered tools to support wireframing and prototyping efforts
• Assist with project operations and management; create timesheets, keep projects organized in Azure DevOps, and ensure company policies are followed
• Proactively explore and utilize generative AI tools to enhance project workflows, communication, and innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
• Client facing or consulting experience
• Full lifecycle development experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of MVP (Minimum Viable Product) principles and ability to proactively prioritize features based on impact and value.
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Nice to Haves

• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Healthcare platforms & HIPAA security standards
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other project management tools
• Experience with Github
